We have partnered with a luxury spa in Brighton dedicated to providing the highest level of service in the beauty industry.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough skin analyses and consultations to determine clients’ skincare needs
* Perform facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other skincare treatments.
* Provide waxing, threading, and other hair removal services.
* Administer specialized treatments such as LED therapy, micro-needling, and laser treatments.
* Recommend and sell appropriate skincare products to clients.
* Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, products, and techniques through continuing education.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business.
* Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and processing payments.
Requirements:
* Certified Medical Aesthetician from a recognized institution (CIBTAC, ITEC, BABAC, or similar) with 2+ years of experience
* Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to establish a solid client base.
* Experience in a customer service, wellness, and/or sales environment (desirable)
* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
* Experience in the following treatments is desirable: Microneedling, Laser Hair Removal, IPLPhotofacial, Pixel Resurfacing, RF Microneedling, Facials, Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasion, Tinting & Waxing, Skin Tightening, Thermocoagulation, Relaxation Massage, Dermaplaning, and Hydrafacial.
Salary:
£30,000+ commission
