Job Description:
CASS Manager - Salary - national: circa £55,000 - London: circa £65,000

A bit about the job:
As part of our CASS team of 24, you will work closely with the 1st and 3rd lines of defence to ensure that CASS risks are properly managed, monitored and controls are in place to mitigate risks, participate in the development and implementation of CASS risk mitigation strategies and plans, provide support and guidance to the 1st and 3rd lines on CASS risk management matters, including training and education.
You will be responsible for participating in the development and implementation of risk management frameworks for CASS (Client Assets Sourcebook) compliance, by developing and implementing CASS-related policies, procedures and reporting.
You will conduct risk assessments and reviews of CASS policies and procedures and identify control gaps in the organization’s CASS risk management framework, prepare reports and presentations for senior management and analyse CASS risk data to identify trends and potential areas of concern, monitor and report on CASS risk exposure and incidents, ensuring compliance with internal polices and regulatory requirements.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
* Strong technical CASS knowledge, CASS assurance experience is strongly desired

* Platform experience preferred

* Skilled at drafting policies and procedures

* Comfortable analysing large volumes of complex data

* Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

* Salary - national: circa £55,000 - London: circa £65,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
