Job Description:
****3 week contract needed between 26th August and 13th September on site (UK tbc)****
L1 Support, 1st Line, First Line Support, Lead Support, Windows10 & 11, O365/ Office365, Teams, OneDrive, relevant certifications.
A top software platform are looking for a contractor for 3 weeks to lead their first line support within a Windows & MS environment.
The role will involve:
Windows 10/11 Support: Troubleshoot and resolve software issues on Windows 10/11 laptops. Assist with the installation, configuration, and deployment of Windows 10/11.
Office 365 Support: Assist with the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of Office 365 applications. Support end-users in using Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office 365 tools. Handle Office 365 account setup, password resets, and permission issues.
OneDrive Support: Assist users with OneDrive setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. Resolve sync issues during the migration process.
Teams Support: Support the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Teams. Assist users with Teams meetings, chat, and collaboration features.
