Job Title: Senior Care Assistant

Salary: £12.50 per hour

The team is committed to creating a warm and welcoming environment where their residents can thrive. We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
* Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Administer medication in accordance with training and company policies.
* Support residents with mobility and physical activities.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation.
* Foster a safe and positive living environment.
* Supervise and mentor junior care assistants.
* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
* Medication training certification.
* Previous experience in a similar role within a residential care setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A caring and compassionate nature.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
