Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join and expanding team within a growing company. This role will support our busy customer experience by providing accurate, diligent work through several channels. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, with a high attention to detail and the ability to manage and prioritise work. They should be proficient at working independently and as part of a wider team. Previous experience in a similar fast past role is essential.
Duties
* First point of contact for customers via phone and email.
* Maintaining/amending customer data.
* Placing customer orders
* Maintaining strong communication links with customers and colleagues
* General support to the business as required
* Dealing with complaints
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate they have the following:
* Familiar with MS office suites including Excel and Outlook
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Diplomatic problem solver
* Calm under pressure
* Methodical approach
