Job Description:
Our client is a provider of Finance Director and Chief Financial Officer support to SME businesses across the UK.
This business seeks to partner with well-networked professionals across the UK, who may be able to sell-in this service to their contact base of SME businesses.
Typically, these businesses will employ between 20 and 100 staff, with a turnover range of £2m - £10m. They may already have a finance team but seek the expertise of an experienced Finance Director or Chief Financial Officer for 1-4 days per week, to strengthen their finance department.
This is not an employed position; instead, a commercial introducer agreement will be set up by you and this business to ensure that you are financially rewarded for any introductions to this business. There will be no requirement to allocate a certain number of hours to this business.
The financial referral fee paid to you will depend on the length of the contract and the number of days per week worked by the FD or CFO. The referral agreement will typically lead to between £1,500 and £7,000 being paid to the referrer, paid quarterly over the duration of the assignment.
