Description
* Conducting property surveys and reporting on the condition of buildings.
* Providing detailed condition reports and making recommendations for maintenance and improvements.
* Collaborating with the Property team to develop strategies for managing property assets.
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of survey findings.
* Liaising with contractors and other professionals on property-related matters.
* Assisting with the preparation of budget estimates for property maintenance and improvements.
* Keeping abreast of industry developments and legislation that may impact property management.
Profile
A successful Stock Condition Surveyor should have:
* A degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
* Demonstrable experience in property surveying and condition assessment.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
* Excellent communication and report writing skills.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
