We are excited to partner with a leading Manchester clinic to find a compassionate and dedicated Patient Advisor to join their dynamic team. As a Patient Advisor, you’ll be at the forefront of patients’ journeys, providing invaluable support and guidance every step of the way. 

Your key responsibilities will include:
* Assist patients throughout their treatment process, offering expert advice and ensuring their comfort and confidence.
* Handle high volumes of incoming enquiries, providing timely, professional, and courteous responses with accurate information about services, prices, and procedures.
* Ensure seamless communication between administrative and clinical teams, contribute innovative ideas for service improvement, and participate in regular team meetings.
* Develop outstanding rapport with patients, aiding decision-making and providing necessary support while maintaining a professional and caring attitude.
* Maintain a warm and empathetic approach, ensuring each patient feels heard, valued, and supported.
* Manage patient enquiries with professionalism and efficiency across various channels, including phone and email.
* Utilise our state-of-the-art patient record system to oversee and support patients through every stage of their treatment, ensuring prompt and accurate task completion.
* Collect and verify patient information, manage data in accordance with GDPR, and maintain confidentiality.
* Salary: £25,000
* Location: Cheadle (Office-Based)
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays)
