Job Description:
Are you an experienced Administrator who enjoys a varied workload?
Do you enjoy multitasking and are able to organise and prioritise your work?
If so, this excellent opportunity to work for one of our brilliant clients may be for you. Starting ASAP, initially for 8 weeks, you will be working as part of a world-class team supporting fundraising and alumni activities, alongside events, communications and database and financial administration.
Please note that this role requires you to undergo a DBS check – please do not apply if you are not willing to undergo this check.
Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.
Temporary Office Administrator Responsibilities
* Updating information on a database (training on the database will be provided)
* Assisting with surveys
Assisting with mailings, emails, events and fundraising campaigns
* Ensuring thank you letters are sent out in a timely manner
* Batch processing online payments
Recording and banking cash and cheques
* Researching prospects and creating prospect profiles as needed

Temporary Office Administrator Requirements
As the temporary Office Administrator, you will have a strong administrative background alongside the following:
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* High level of numeracy
* Proficiency with programmes including Microsoft Word and Excel, and demonstrable
* ability to learn tools such as mail merge
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to move quickly between projects in a high-performance environment
* Ability to work independently and to organise and prioritise own work
* Strong interpersonal skills and calm under pressure
Location
The office is based in Oxford, near to the City Centre. It is easily reached using public transport. Sadly, there is no parking at the office.
