Your role & responsibilities: 
* Treating the students as we wish to be treated ourselves, understanding that they only have one childhood.
* Delivering engaging lessons to pupils from different backgrounds.
* Ensuring everyone’s voice can be heard.
* Being fair and unbiased so that everyone has an equal chance.  
Non-negotiables:
* Must have experiece in a vetinary background.  
* Must be able to care for animals.
* Must deliver animal care level 2 to students. 
* Must have the ability to work with SEND children.
