Cedar are supporting a Public Sector client in London who are looking to hire a Contract Manager on an 18-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) position. This role is offering a salary ranged from £65,000 up to £85,000 (depending on experience) plus a range of benefits. This role will also operate on a hybrid working basis, primarily operating from home with the expectation to be on-site 1 day per week (ideally Wednesday) at the Head Offices in Central London.
Reporting into the Commercial Manager, the Contract Manager will be responsible for supporting complex outsourcing contracts. The successful candidate will also support a wide range of activities including providing subject matter expertise to key stakeholders, ensuring we have the correct contract management processes, controls and strategic frameworks in place to best manage outsourcing contracts. The role will see you work with key stakeholders to efficiently resolve commercial issues, provide contract guidance and manage the day-to-day contract operations and will also play a key part in projects being worked on to produce commercial strategies and best practice policies.
Candidates applying MUST HAVE:
* Strong background working in Contract and Commercial Management roles - ideally with a background in Public Sector
* Experience managing large complex contract - experience managing outsourced agreements would be advantageous
* Understanding of Contract Law relating to BPO or IT Services would be advantageous
* Strong Stakeholder Management skills
