Assistant to Director Interior Design Industry

Job Description:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company selling luxury products in the interior design sector. They pride themselves on their attention to detail, craftsmanship, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
They are seeking a proactive and organised individual to join their small team as an Assistant to the Sales Director.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Sales Director, assist with sales-related tasks, and contribute to the overall success of the sales function. We require someone confident, highly organised, efficient with superb communication skills, able to liaise effectively with high end clients and work in a fast paced environment.
A background in the Interior Design industry essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Director, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing documents and emails
- Assist with sales-related tasks, such as preparing quotes, processing orders, and following up with clients
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities to support sales initiatives
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Regularly updating the office team
- Attenting sales meetings with the Sales Director
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of the construction and/or design industry (preferred but not required)
