Front Office Project Manager - Markets Business
6 Month contract role (rolling)
Umbrella Day Rate - £700/day to £775/day (inside IR35)
Location: London - (3 days a week in the office)
Looking for a Senior FO Project Manager to support a regulatory team. This person should be able to use their technical skills, alongside business knowledge of a wide range of trade types and lifecycles, to provide analysis and insight to support project initiatives.
Candidates should have experience of:
* Experience in managing Regulatory Change projects
* Has significant experience in FO/COO/Transformation with examples of execution
* Demonstratable experience running complex SQL queries and using analytical tools such as Tableau to build reports.
* Ability to write and execute Python scripts with large datasets
* Significant experience in scoping, developing and prioritizing plans for strategic initiatives
* Excellent oral and written communications skills; must be articulate and persuasive with the judgement and authority to provide insightful commentary to senior stakeholders
* Thought leadership in target state design through engaging stakeholders at various levels of the organization
* Demonstrated analytical skills with follow-up and problem solving capability. Ability to use data to support business knowledge to drive initiatives.
* Help drive fact finding and root cause analysis initiatives across multiple teams, helping others to connect the dots
* Must have experience interrogating large data sets to provide analysis and insight to support variance explain.
