Job Description:
A dynamic Construction Consultancy experiencing sustained business expansion is actively seeking a highly motivated Assistant Construction Project Manager to join their team in London.
This role is an exceptional opportunity for an individual to work alongside the UK’s leading specialist primary care estate management partners, contributing to the delivery of Public & Private Partnerships across the country.
The Assistant Construction Project Manager Role
In this role, the Assistant Construction Project Manager will be instrumental in overseeing over 70 primary and community care buildings, with a combined valuation exceeding £850 million. The role will involve close collaboration with GPs, Integrated Care Systems, NHS partners, and the wider Public Sector.
Key daily tasks include appointment scheduling, design management for feasibility studies, and thorough monitoring of project progress from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate on Public & Private Partnership projects.
* Oversee primary and community care building projects with significant valuations.
* Schedule appointments and manage design aspects for feasibility studies.
* Monitor project progress meticulously, ensuring timely and successful completion.
* Develop effective working relationships with GPs, NHS partners, and the public sector.
The Assistant Construction Project Manager
* A degree in Construction, RICS, Project Management, or a related field.
* Financial management skills with the ability to monitor budgets effectively.
* Strong interpersonal skills to develop effective working relationships.
* A valid driving licence.
* Experience in a Project Management or Building Surveying role/environment is desirable.
