Scrum Master
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000
Location: Nottingham / Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coach Agile teams to achieve higher levels of Scrum maturity at a sustainable pace.
* Support and educate Product Owners on backlog grooming and maintenance.
* Provide guidance to teams on self-organization and filling gaps in the Agile/Scrum frameworks.
* Promote Agile/Scrum practices and values across the organization.
* Remove impediments or guide teams in finding the right resources to do so.
* Enhance transparency and communication within and outside the team.
Skills and Experience:
* Minimum of five years experience as a Scrum Master for software development teams.
* Strong knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, and empowerment.
* Exposure to various Agile methods and techniques such as XP, Kanban, SAFe, LESS, Agile Games, and Retro formats.
