Absolute Executive Search are partnered with a well established and growing Accountancy Practice (Top 15) who are looking for a Corporate Audit Assistant Manager/Manager to join their team based in London.

Key Responsibilities:-
* Take ownership and responsibility for all audits from planning to completion within the agreed budget for the assignment.
* Mentor, train and develop more junior members of the team to ensure they perform to their best abilities.
* Prepare statutory financial statements for clients.
* Research any technical issues that may arise.
* Manage the billing on all client assignments.
* Ensure that all deadlines are met.
Key Requirements:-
* ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
* Good working background in an accountancy practice and working in an Audit focused role.
* Excellent communication skills at all levels.
* Ability to manage complicated projects and multiple stakeholders.
* Highly organised and can prioritise tasks.
* Strong technical understanding of accounting and auditing standards.
* Good experience in leading group audits and the preparation of consolidated accounts.
* Proven record in training and development of successful teams.
* Able to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Produces high quality work to a good technical standard.

Hybrid working is offered.

Salary: £50K to £70K DOE
