Location: Huntingdon or Lincoln office & Homeworking

Operational Technology (OT) refers to the set of digital assets which are at the very heart of Anglian Waters industrial operations. Operational technology systems are deployed throughout our geographical region to enable remote monitoring and control of water collection, treatment and distribution processes. The demand for Operational Technology solutions within the Water sector is soaring due to the opportunities associated with IT / OT integration and Industry 4.0 applications. It is recognised that OT is key in enabling us to achieve our performance commitments (including reduction in leakage and pollutions) and providing an excellent service to our customers.
Anglian Water have an OT Services Framework in place to help deliver our OT Capital Maintenance Programme across our Water and Water Recycling estate. This framework covers both OT telemetry and automation services.
As the Supplier Framework Manager you will be responsible for managing the framework which delivers the OT Capital Maintenance Programme (circa £10 million spend per year). Key responsibilities include:
* Setting the strategic direction for the framework

* Managing the performance of the framework

* Building important relationships with our suppliers and key stakeholders.

* Ensuring Anglian Water H&S principles are applied throughout the framework.

You will be a member of the OT Leadership team and expected to work collaboratively to ensure we achieve our ambitious capital maintenance targets.
The Supplier Framework Manager will need to have experience in managing supplier frameworks, delivering complex projects or multi-million-pound capital expenditure. We are looking for someone who is a strategic thinker who is proactive in their approach and has strong communication skills.
What will you be doing?
* Ensure that new work under the contract is effectively tendered and awarded in accordance with framework requirements, that competition is maintained, and best value is achieved.

* Ensuring performance measures (such as KPIs), reporting and governance structures are managed in an appropriate way to actively drive high performance from the suppliers.

* Responsibility for overall operational delivery of work under the framework, including timescales, cost and adherence to standards.

* Build strong relationships with the key stakeholders from the framework Suppliers.

* Regular meetings and engagement sessions held with suppliers to discuss the future work packages and strategies.

* Work with the suppliers to continuously improve delivery.

* Responsible for the OT Framework strategic direction, enabling the delivery of the AMP plan and business needs.

* Ensure the organisational design evolves along with the strategy.

* Communicate the strategy with the OT Team, suppliers, and wider business.

What does it take to be successful?
* Experience in managing supplier frameworks delivering complex projects or multi-million-pound capital expenditure.

* Experience and strategy development, articulation, and delivery.

* Proven experience of business process development and improvement.

* Knowledge of project management / project lifecycle and cost management.

* Experience of leading collaboration across multiple departments.

* Experience in IT or OT capital projects.

* Experience in delivering successful strategic programmes of work spanning across several years.
