Job Description:
I am working on belhalf of a bridgend based client looking to recruit for a Part Time Bookkeeper.
The riole is will be focused Purchase/Sales ledger, preparing VAT returns, bank reconciliation, prepayments, accruals, depreciation, cashflow reporting and reconciling accounts.

Responsibilities:
* Creating customer invoices from internal data, liaising with customers, resolving any queries and maintaining an on-going reconciliation of invoices raised
* Entering and coding purchase invoices, liaising with suppliers and resolving any queries
* Creating monthly purchase ledger payment runs
* Entering and coding bank payments/receipts and completing monthly bank reconciliations
* Preparing quarterly VAT returns
* Maintaining monthly cashflow reporting
* Assist preparation of Financial Reports for shareholders
* Entering journals for Prepayment, Accrual and Depreciation adjustments
* Plan, organise and manage own workload to ensure your contribution to the company’s monthly financial reporting is achieved in a timely and accurate manner.
