We are looking for a Retail Chef to join the team at this established venue where you’ll be catering for large-scale events, race days and internal hospitality. This role would be perfect for an experienced Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef wanting to progress in their career.
This role will see you joining a large team working across various areas on site with no two days being the same, the right candidate will have experience in a high-volume kitchen as well as experience with fresh food and seasonal produce.
Some key responsibilities of the Retail Chef include preparation and presentation of food following company standards, ensuring correct stock control procedures are adhered to and ensuring there is an overall positive flow of communication between the team.
