About the Job

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of credit control. Your key responsibilities will include managing a major customer account, handling Direct Debit schemes, and ensuring aged debt is reduced.
Duties will include:

* Managing the Direct Debits
* Monitoring high-volume customer accounts to ensure minimal aged debt
* Posting daily receipts
* Communicating with clients via email, telephone, and written correspondence
* Addressing and resolving client, invoice, and contract queries professionally
About the Successful Applicant

* Two years of credit control experience
* Intermediate Excel skills
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Able to build strong working relationships
