Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
* Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
* Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
* Support month-end and year-end close processes.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
* Assist with payroll processing.
* Handle general administrative tasks within the finance department.
* Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve any financial queries.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
* A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
* AAT qualification or working towards one is highly desirable.
* Strong numerical and analytical skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Experience with accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks) is an advantage.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
