A Bristol-based company that makes their own bespoke software is looking for an Application Support Engineer. The candidate will join a collaborative team and work with international clients on supporting technical issues, providing help with installing the software and working with the development team to collaborate on fixing problems.
The candidate HAS to be based in the Southwest, comfortable with commute to Bristol and does NOT require sponsorship!
Essential experience:
- Previous application/software support (NOT just IT)
- SQL
- Troubleshooting
- Providing support to external users
Offered:
- Up to £40,000
