Job Description:
Our client, a top global law firm is looking to recruit a Legal Administrative Assistant to join them on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to provide an efficient and effective range of secretarial and administrative support for assigned attorneys.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
* Organising travel arrangements
* Managing/amending documents
* Daily time entry
* Expenses and diary management
* Generating and editing client invoices
The ideal candidate will be able to problem solve, communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and staff, and be able to take initiative.
