Job Description:
* Database Developer (12-month contract).
* Location - On site in Bristol.
* Salary - £35,000 - £37,000.

Our client, a leading technology company based in Bristol are currently recruiting for an experienced MySQL Database Developer to join their team on a fixed term 12-month contract, with the possibility of a permanent position afterwards.
This role would be prefect for an already established Database Developer looking for the next step in their career and looking to take ownership of their role, while being supported by an exceptional team.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing, evaluating and updating the current MySQL database.
* Supporting the quality and insights team with data structure where required.
* Managing the administration of database credentials, database investigations, queries and development requests.
* Evaluate current systems and offer new areas of improvement.
* Work alongside testers to make sure new functionality works successfully.
Key Experience
* MySQL Database administration experience (minimum of 2 years)
* Experience developing new MySQL databases, queries and stored procedures.
* Ability to write technical documentation.
* Experience working with Jira.
