Location: North West (50% homebased)
Salary: £31,600 + excellent benefits
We are seeking an experienced Trainer, Assessor, or Coach within the Health and Social Care sector who is passionate and motivated about providing quality learning.
Overview:
You will use your industry expertise to train and develop the next generation of care professionals. Working with learners at their workplace and remotely, you will deliver apprenticeship standards, support career-building qualifications, and help achieve transferable skills.
A typical week:
* Manage & support a caseload of learners
* Deliver face to face & remote learning
* Plan for upcoming training sessions
* Support learners in advance of EPA
You’ll need the following:
* Assessor qualification (CAVA, TAQA, A1, D32)
* Relevant Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification
* Minimum 3 years Care industry experience
* Car Driver
