Job Role: Company Commercial Solicitor with route to Directorship

Hours: Full Time - Hybrid Working (2 days in the office)
Salary: £50,000+ (DOE)

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a driven individual ready to advance their career within our dynamic and expanding firm. This role offers exposure to a diverse array of corporate and commercial matters, working with a varied client base that includes companies, partnerships, charities, healthcare, and agricultural clients. Your work will encompass succession planning, asset and business sales, M&As, reorganizations, partnerships, shareholder agreements, and investments.
This is an incredibly exciting opportunity as the successful candidate will be put on the pathway of becoming Director and heading up the department in the foreseeable future, with an already established client base.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience: A minimum of 2PQE
* Skills: Previous experience handling a caseload of corporate and commercial matters
* Proficiency: Excellent IT, client care, and communication skills
