We are searching for an organised and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk for a temporary six-month role within our Accounting & Finance department. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to efficiency.

Description
* Manage and process invoices accurately and on time.
* Follow up on, collect, and allocate payments.
* Resolve customer billing queries and issues.
* Carry out billing, collection, and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
* Perform account reconciliations.
* Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
* Process adjustments.
* Assist with month-end closing.
Profile
A successful Accounts Receivable candidate should have:
* A strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
* Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
* High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience in Accounts Receivable would be advantageous.
Job Offer
