Job Description:
Purpose of the role:
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a new full time role within the on-site Guidant Global team at Magna Park. You will be required to work closely with both the Guidant Global and John Lewis teams. As the communication Lead you will play a crucial role in building strong and lasting relationships with agency partners and the on-site management teams.
As the communication Lead, you will be responsible for providing up to date communication and engagement to the Agency partner workforce. You will identify opportunities to drive engagement and build communication plans for all Agency Partners and alongside John Lewis that are aligned with the business strategy. Success in this role will be demonstrated by improved Agency partner satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop communication strategies to ensure that agency partners working within Magna Park 1 & 2 receive all relevant information / updates from Guidant Global and John Lewis.
* Ensure the communication strategies reflect the diverse team at Magna Park. (inclusive of agency partners who are unable to use intercom/ digital).
* Build relationships with John Lewis Visual Coordinators to align to site communication standards.
* Promote methods of agency recognition (Such as Agency Partner Of The Month (APOTM).
* Be able to produce newsletters / posters etc
* Data gathering through the use of focus groups, forums, comms sessions and surveys to identify areas of improvement.
* Organise site engagement events, raffles (Fun on-site events).
* Look into new modern options for communication (TV in the Agency Hub) to broadcast the latest work updates and upcoming events.
Requirements for the role:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to adapt approach / communication to different audiences / stakeholders.
* Knowledge of photography and videography.
* Confident in delivering verbal communication to stakeholders at all levels.
* Be a Creative thinker
* Basic knowledge / understanding in graphic design (e.g Canva)
* Experience with building relationships with people at all levels.
* Strong multitasking skills
* Ability to work independently.
* Highly developed attention to detail
