Position Overview: We have multiple vacancies for full-time nurses to provide high-quality care in a supported living environment. You will work 40 hours per week, ensuring our clients receive the best possible care in a safe and supportive setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a supported living setting.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
* Monitor and assess residents’ health status and communicate any changes to the healthcare team.
* Develop and implement individualised care plans.
* Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
* Support residents with emotional and psychological needs.
* Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of nursing care.
Qualifications:
* Valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration.
* Previous experience in a supported living or similar environment is preferred.
* Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
