Nursing and Care home group manager
Salary up to £56.000 - Temp to Perm / immediate start
Our client a Care Trust provides a range of services in response to the diverse needs and aspirations of people they support.
This role will involve working flexibly from home, across Nursing, Care homes, other locations as required and working remotely. Be responsible for managing and leading a team of nurses and Registered Managersand Reporting to the Head of Quality.
Experience & Responsibility: Nursing and Care home group manager
* Registration details, including the appointment of Registered Managers.
* Revalidation of Nurses in line with NMC.
* Notifiable incidences and actions
* Safeguarding, health and safety and other legislative requirements
* CQC Inspections and any improvements 2
* Focused improvement when services are failing
* Identifying areas of local risk, acting & reporting appropriately
* Locally driving quality initiatives to achieve outstanding support
* Current registration with the Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC)
* Experience of clinical supervision of Nurses
* Managing budgets
* Relevant ILM7 or degree level management qualification (or Relevant evidence of gaining that level of knowledge through Professional experience) Qualification
* Full driving licence
Implement processes that support managers to fulfil their responsibilities in relation to Health and Safety regulations.
