Job Description:
Our client is a market-leading national firm of underwriters, specialising in legal expenses insurance (LEI). They work in partnership with leading UK law firms, providing innovative solutions to ensure they are enabled to provide the highest quality access to justice.
We are looking for an Administrator having experience working in a regulated environment, ideally coming from either an Insurance or Law background. 
You will be a part of the Business Support team to help manage the recovery of premiums, investigate and reporting the status of live-aged policies, and provide assistance in the administration of policies. You will assist with the accounting function and provide reconciliation support. This position will be challenging yet rewarding to the right candidate – you should be self-motivated with a desire to succeed. The role would suit someone who is naturally inquisitive and a competent problem-solver.
Experience required:
* 2 years of Insurance experience or equivalent in an office environment.
* Excel Skills.
* Excellent e-mail/letter drafting skills.
* Good Rapport/relationship building/communication, competent and confident in providing the highest customer service with our clients, intermediaries and third parties.
* Attention to detail.
* Excellent Organisational skills.
* To be proactive in identifying problems and constructively look to find solutions whilst working and operating within the parameters of stipulated procedures and timelines.
* To work actively as part of a team.
* To be able to show an understanding of policy wordings
