Main areas of responsibility:
* Support employees in professional growth within the organisation
* This position will report directly to the Human Resources Manager
* Assist in the annual intake of the company and selection process, attending events on behalf of the company
* Manage progress reviews and track employee progress with line Managers and be responsible for all paperwork required throughout this process
* Facilitate the delivery of annual plans for sourcing of work placements and apprentices
* Work actively to promote the Work Placements and Apprenticeships schemes
* Help to set targets for all learners and be a consistent support to them
* Maintain and update all apprentice records, placements, and apprenticeships in accordance with GDPR
Required Skills & Desired Experience:
* Experience in Coaching or Mentoring
* Excellent ability to form and maintain positive relationships with Managers
* A Qualification or membership to relevant professional body
* UK Driving License
* Successful experience of the recruitment process
* Ability to work under pressure and able to work independently, prioritizing workload
* Competent IT skills
