Hours to cover shifts between (08.00- 17.30 )
Our client, a progressive finance company based in the City are looking for a personable and professional receptionist for their prestigious offices. This role requires someone who presents themselves well, is personable, engaging and who can bring some previous receptionist / front-of-house experience.
Working as part of a team, the role extends beyond traditional front of house duties and we would like someone who is passionate about providing a great service , a team player and who is passionate about customer service.
* Meet and greet all visitors to the London office in a professional and welcoming way UK, and announce all visitors to the appropriate member of staff
* Management of one (receptionist)
* Ensure good working relationships with other support staff group wide (UK, Europe and US) to ensure open dialogue and support in planning the schedules of key senior people;
* Support departments in setting up and co-ordinating events from time to time - including booking meeting rooms, refreshments, printing delegate packs etc.
* Answering the telephone in a friendly and efficient manner and taking messages as appropriate
* Maintain calendars for the booking of the meeting rooms and ensure that these rooms are kept neat and tidy at all times
* Working closely with the PA’s and team assistants to clarify requirements when unclear
* Work with the wider Facilities team to ensure the smooth running of the office and provide support where required
