Exciting opportunity for a macOS IT Support Engineer! If you’re passionate about Apple technology and IT support, this role is for you. As the macOS IT Engineer, you’ll provide specialist knowledge and support for Apple devices and software.

Your responsibilities will include aiding first response and escalation engineers, developing internal training courses, maintaining support documentation, and monitoring MDM solutions. You’ll also assist with Apple-related projects and ensure smooth operation of client devices.

Key job duties involve providing technical assistance on various Apple hardware, macOS versions, cloud-based applications, and 3rd party software. Communication with customers, offering out-of-hours support, and maintaining thorough documentation are vital aspects of the role.

To excel, you’ll ideally have an Apple ACSP certification or equivalent knowledge and experience, 5+ years of macOS support experience, strong communication skills, and a drive to implement effective solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications on Mac is crucial.
