We are proud to be partnering with a leading Social Housing provider who are looking to appoint a Responsive Repairs Manager on a permanent basis.

This will be a full-time position based in Cornwall, with hybrid working (2/3 days home working) and a salary of £42,275.00.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering responsive repairs, managing sub-contractors and
overseeing finances/budgets.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Managing the repairs to deliver programmed works within domestic Social Housing properties
* Overseeing subcontractor performance and completing site inspections/audits to completion to ensure that all works meet pre-agreed specifications
* Ensuring that works fall within pre-agreed financial boundaries
* Updating relevant stakeholders on upcoming/ongoing works
Experience required:
* Experience required in Social Housing
* Experience working with customers within housing
* Experience working in responsive repairs
* Experience overseeing budgets
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
* Knowledge of building maintenance and experience operationally leading teams
* Experience within Social Housing
* Full UK Driving licence
