Baltic Recruitment are delighted to be supporting our market leading client with their search for Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers.
Overall Purpose:
* As a Maintenance Engineer, with either a mechanical or electrical bias, You’ll be responsible for making sure machinery and equipment runs smoothly.
Key Duties:
* Providing reactive maintenance to all site machinery.
* Working on a wide range of industrial process machinery.
* Mechanical: Chains, Drives, Gears, Rollers, Bearings, Belts, Chains, Hydraulics/Pneumatics etc.
* Electrical: Industrial contactors, Power supplies, Controls. PLC Fault Finding, Read electrical wiring diagrams and draw a simple diagrams.
* Bench fitting.
* Working on a call out rota split between 6 engineers. Paid at enhanced rate.
* Working permanent day shift.
Key Requirements:
* Relevant Engineering qualification within mechanical/electrical engineering.
* Experience working within a heavy engineering/industrial engineering environment.
* Either a Mechanical OR Electrical bias or multi skilled.
The Package:
* Salary ranging from £40,000 - £45,000 with basic rate of £18.30 PH, plus call out fees, OT etc.
* Working day shift Monday-Friday.
