Job Description:
Our client, based in Northamptonshire requires an Office Administrator to support the management and director teams in their busy office.
Responsibilities:
* General administration tasks,
* Booking appointments,
* Managing emails,
* Time management,
* Customer care,
* Order materials,
* Assisting with the accounting team including credit control.
Requirements:
* Enthusiastic positive person with a "can do" approach,
* Background in customer service,
* Have a problem-solving approach,
* Good organisational skills,
* Ability to work independently,
* Be confident using a desktop computer and/or laptop,
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
* Light data entry,
* Credit control support,
