Job Description:
A professional membership organisation based in central London is looking to recruit a Training Administrator to provide excellent customer service and administrative support to existing members undertaking further professional qualifications.
Key Responsibilities of the Training Administrator:
* Ensure a high level of customer service to members and prospective members while providing administrative support and guidance on a range of qualification-related concerns.
* Act as first point of contact for all course-related queries from members.
* Ensure that qualification information on online channels and website, such as policy documents and guidance, is accurate and up-to-date.
* Provide secretarial support to related committees, including drafting and circulating agendas and recording minutes.
* Support the success of related projects, including by organising events and liaising with external regulatory bodies.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience for the Training Administrator:
* Educated to degree standard or equivalent.
* Experience working in a fast-paced administrative environment, with a customer-focused outlook.
* CRM/database input and management experience is desirable.
* Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Word and Excel.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Duration:
* c£18.00 per hour.
* Full-time, temporary role, due to start quickly and lasting for approximately 3 months,
* Central London-based, with some provision for remote working 3 days per week.
