What You’ll Do:
* Shadow experienced Mortgage Advisors to gain a firsthand understanding of the mortgage sales process.
* Assist with client intake, data entry, and other administrative tasks to gain practical experience.
* Attend training programs on mortgage products, regulations, and industry best practices.
* Work towards obtaining your CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) with our support.
* Develop strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
Who You Are:
* A highly motivated individual with a strong desire to learn and build a career in the mortgage industry.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* A natural team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on active listening.
* A valid UK driving license (essential).
* Customer service skills, telephony sales experience.
* Ideally an understanding of the Mortgage market.
