Business Development Executive
Nottingham (hybrid), will consider full or part-time hours
Salary £26-29,000 + bonus
We are recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join Prescient Group in a newly created, exciting position.

We are looking for a business development professional who will work as an integral part of the team to drive awareness of our services, book meetings for the delivery team / Directors, win new clients along with creating new business opportunities for temporary and permanent staffing. We work closely as a team to achieve our goals.
We are looking for a talented, creative, and ambitious business development professional who is proactive and creative.
The position has a scope to grow and progress into a Business Development Manager, as the business continues to grow and delivers its strategy.
Keys areas of focus:
* Engage with business across the UK, focussing on our key areas - Manchester, Nottingham and London
* Book in new client meetings for the Recruitment Directors and delivery teams
* Build a pipeline of new clients and recruitment projects for business monthly, quarterly
* Research new client leads, industry trends to drive the client pipeline
* Build our CRM system
* Sell our temporary, contract, and permanent service lines to new potential clients
* Contacting via telephone, email, CRM, and marketing software to potential new clients
* Showcasing our available talent to the market to drive new business
* Support with attending and pitch sales presentations to win new business.
* Contact existing clients to cross-sell all services.
* Negotiate with new clients/business opportunities.
Attributes
* Creative with your business/sales approach and possess strong commercial awareness
* A minimum of 2 years experience working in a Business Development/sales role, preferably in a B2B, business services setting.
* Good use of IT with a focus on CRM databases, marketing software, and MS Excel.
* It would be advantageous to understand recruitment agency processes and services, and how temporary, contract, and permanent staffing supply works
