THE COMPANY: Our client is a successful law firm based in the City of London, who are seeking a Court of Protection Paralegal to join on a permanent basis.

THE ROLE:
* Day to day contract with clients and their individual lifestyle requirements
* Attend clients at hospitals, care homes and their home
* Manage professionally written and telephone correspondence with clients and solicitors
* Assist with provision of legal advice and take notes in client meetings

THE PERSON:
* Experience working as a Paralegal within the Court of Protection
* Degree in Law or CILEx would be desirable
* The ability to work for several fee-earners
* Flexible and proactive with a “can do” attitude
