Production Operative
Job Description
The main purpose of this role is to assist in the day to day running of the warehouse and production area.
Duties
* To maintain a clean and tidy work area
* To adhere to all H&S rules and requirements
* To work on any of the stations / stations of mattress production.
* To assist in the loading and unloading of vehicles for both deliveries received and stock going out.
* Packing stock away
* To manufacture stock as required (within in your trained and approved abilities) sticking to the specifications at all times
* Maintaining the premises and carrying out repairs when required
* To make deliveries to customers where required
* Any other reasonable task as requested by management
Additional Information
Location: Peterlee
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (must be flexible for overtime at start and end of shift if needed)
Rates of pay: £12 per hour
