The Director of Finance will play a critical role in strategic decision-making and operations as they lead and oversee the finance and accounting functions of a not-for-profit organisation. This individual will be responsible for managing the finance team, ensuring financial compliance, and driving financial strategies to achieve organisational goals.

* Leading the finance team and overseeing all financial operations.
* Developing and executing financial strategies aligned with the organisational goals.
* Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
* Preparing and presenting financial reports and analyses.
* Monitoring and managing organisational budget and expenditures.
* Implementing and maintaining robust financial systems and processes.
* Engaging with stakeholders and building strong relationships.
* Contributing to the strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level.
Profile
A successful Director of Finance should have:
* A full Accountancy Qualification (CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA/CIPFA)
* Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the not-for-profit sector.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
* Exceptional financial and business acumen.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
