Job Description:
Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant (Core HCM, Payroll, Absence)
2-3 days per week in Manchester
MUST be eligible for SC clearance (5 years UK residency)
Day rate contract (DOE)
Start date Q3/Q4 2024
Key Skills/Experience:
* Proven experience in the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
* Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities and best practices.
* Exposure to the Public Sector preferable.
* Solid communication skills, both written and oral, with a proven track record of conducting functional and technical workshops.
* Expertise in Core HCM, Payroll, Absence Management as well as exposure to Oracle Finance.
* Experience with data migration, system integration, and security protocols.
