Project Manager

Salary: up to £35,000 per annum
Travail Employment Group are proud to seek a Project Manager for a unique client based in the picturesque Shropshire countryside. Our client strives for excellence and achieve this by taking their customers on a bespoke journey to deliver their visions.
Contributing to the Production team, the successful candidate will utilise their previous experience in a project management or similar role being pro-active, confident and enthusiastic, harnessing their highly skilled team to deliver outstanding excellence.
Requirements:
* Previous experience within a project management or similar role.
* Outstanding communication and organisational skills.
* Excellent ability to multi-task
* Maintain a positive and can-do composure.
* Proficient user of Microsoft Office tools.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaising with Clients and suppliers on all logistical aspects of the project.
* Prepare and co-ordinate job specific action plans and timelines.
* Produce "Production Packs" for internal use.
* Liaising with Sales team, gathering all necessary information and providing regular updates.
* Participate in regular Production meetings and contribute to the smooth running of Production as a whole.
* Organise surveys and providing result to necessary teams.
* Ordering, managing and liaising with suppliers.
* Organise fitting / delivery.
* Updating Finance team on key dates for billing purposes.
* Monitoring project costs vs budget.
* Procure and manage project specific samples.
* Manage regular ad hoc changes to project details.
* Seek approval for working drawings within project specific timeline.
* Monitor and suggest improvements in efficiency where appropriate.
