Job Description:
A leading full-serviced UK law firm based in the west end, is hiring a new IP Litigation Paralegal to join on an initial 12 month basis, with the view of extension.
Up to £32,000
Excellent benefits
Agile working – 3 days in the office, 2 remotely.
Working directly with Partners.
Responsibilities for the IP Litigation Paralegal:
* Assisting with online brand protection monitoring and reporting and preparing and issuing takedown notices
* Undertaking research and preparing bundles
* Costs schedules
* Attending Court on a regular basis
* Assisting with preparation of bills
* Assisting with business development and marketing
* General administrative tasks for the Group
Key Requirements for the IP Litigation Paralegal:
* Previous experience within a busy law firm preferable, previous IP experience is highly desirable.
* Strong academics and a completed LPC or equivalent
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Works well under pressure.
* Adaptable and flexible team player.
