Administrator (3 Month Contract)

Job Description:
Our client is looking for an immediately available Administrator to provide additional administration support to their team in their Edinburgh office for a 3-month period.
Salary - £21,000 (pro rata) + fantastic benefits and 25 days holiday (pro rata)
Office based - Monday to Friday

Hours: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Administrator duties:
* Producing a high volume of client engagement letters using MS Word and PDF of behalf of the firm’s Partners
* Passing the client engagement letters on to the relevant Partner to be checked and approved
* Sending the final approved engagement letters to each client to be signed by DocuSign
* Updating SharePoint and Excel spreadsheet to ensure all letters have been sent out, received and signed
Administrator profile:
* Have previously worked in an office as an Administrator or Office Assistant
* Be able to commit to a 3-month contract
* Be confident with MS Office especially Word and Excel
* Have experience of creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
* Have excellent attention to detail including proof-reading all work and checking formatting, spelling and grammar.
* Be a great team player
* Happy to do any repetitive admin tasks.
* Be hard working with excellent organisational, multi-tasking skills.
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to communicate at all levels of the business
