Job Description:
Position: Temporary Admin Assistant Overview: Our client, a leading organization in their industry, is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Temporary Admin Assistant to support the Key Account Director. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and will be adept at handling client queries and maintaining meticulous records. The company is based local to Brierley Hill. 
The contract will be between 3-6 months with view to potentially go permanent.
Key Responsibilities: * Effectively communicate with clients, addressing their queries and concerns both in writing and verbally.
* Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
* Complete all documentation with precision and accuracy.
* Maintain up-to-date and meticulous client records, order books, and other documents.
* Ensure accurate data input into all systems.
* Analyze data to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
* Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between different Global departments.
* Ensure seamless flow of information and coordination among teams.
* Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and standards.
Qualifications: * Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous.
* Proficiency in Excel is essential.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work both collaboratively and independently within a team.
Working Hours: * Monday to Friday: 8:45 am – 5:15 pm (4:00 pm on Fridays)
* Weekends: Not required
* Note: No overtime is available
Rate of Pay / Salary: * Compensation details to be discussed during the interview process.
