As part of the Senior Management team, you will play an integral role in sustaining the company’s market-leading position by overseeing all production operations at there site. You will report directly to the Divisional Director for all Production Operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage safety and environmental issues.
* Lead and manage the workforce.
* Optimise operational efficiency and performance.
* Oversee production and maintenance activities.
* Manage raw materials and finished stock.
* Propose future improvements through continual process development.
Key Requirements:
* Engineering Graduate, preferably in Electrical Engineering; Mechanical Engineering disciplines or HND/HNC with relevant experience will be considered.
* Experience-backed working knowledge of process control.
* Experience in a automated production environment, holding operational responsibility for process and employee leadership.
* Ability to manage from the front in all activities.
