THE COMPANY
A data-driven affiliate marketing company specialising in gaming and gambling, focusing on casinos and sports books, aiming to drive traffic for partners and boost their revenue through data.
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This role involves working with data from partners and clients, optimizing it for commercial and revenue purposes. You will translate complex data into meaningful insights and reports to drive business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Unlock Data Challenges: Utilise Tableau to address and resolve data challenges.
* Collaborate with Data Engineers: Work closely with Data Engineers to ensure data is properly organized and integrated.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Identify key stakeholder questions and develop dashboards and reports to provide answers.
* Insight Generation: Provide actionable insights to drive business growth and optimize commercial and revenue strategies.
Day-to-Day:
* Transforming messy data from various systems into clean, usable formats.
* Connecting data to the front end and explaining its significance.
* Leveraging client data for internal analysis, such as tracking user behaviour across sites.
* Developing and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau.
* Tech stack: Tableau, Snowflake, Python and R
YOUR EXPERIENCE
The successful Commercial Data Analyst will be technically proficient with a strong focus on data visualisation. Specifically, you will have:
* Experience with data visualization tools, preferably Tableau.
* Familiarity with Snowflake, Python and R is beneficial.
* A background in a similar role with a strong commercial focus.
